Atech Engineering Solutions SRL ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Lumi Blocks ("the App") handles your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

Lumi Blocks is designed with privacy in mind. We want to be clear about what information we do and do not collect:

2.1 Information We DO NOT Collect Directly

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Precise location data
• Contacts or photos
• Payment information

2.2 Information Stored Locally

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• High scores and game statistics
• Game settings and preferences (sound, haptics, display options)
• Game progress and achievements
• Ad frequency preferences

This data is stored using your device's local storage and can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing app data.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

3.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements in the App. Lumi Blocks serves non-personalized ads only — Google does not build an advertising profile about you or use your data to show you personalized, targeted ads. To deliver and measure these ads, Google AdMob may still collect and use the following information:

• Advertising ID: A unique identifier for advertising purposes
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen size
• IP Address: Used to determine approximate location (country/city level)
• App Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App and ads (for example, ad impressions and clicks)
• Diagnostic and Performance Data: App launch time, ad SDK performance metrics, and reliability information used to monitor and improve the App and its advertising services
• Technical Data: Browser type, language settings, time zone

3.2 Non-Personalized Advertising

Because we serve non-personalized ads, Google does not use this information to build a profile about you or show you ads based on your interests, previous browsing, or app activity. Google may still use the information to:

• Deliver and display the ad requested
• Measure ad effectiveness and count impressions
• Detect and prevent fraud
• Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the App and the ad SDK

3.3 Your Ad Choices

You still have control over advertising on your device:

• Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking

3.4 Ad Frequency

To provide a good user experience:

• Banner ads are displayed on the main menu screen
• Interstitial ads are shown every 3 completed games
• Ad frequency data is stored locally on your device

3.5 Third-Party Privacy Policies

Google's use of advertising cookies and data is subject to their own privacy policy:

4. How We Use Information

We do not collect or use your personal information directly. The information collected by Google AdMob is used solely for:

• Displaying relevant advertisements
• Generating revenue to support free App development
• Measuring ad performance and analytics
• Monitoring and improving the performance, reliability, and security of the App and its advertising services

All game data (scores, settings) remains on your device and is used solely to provide you with the game experience.

5. Children's Privacy

Lumi Blocks is suitable for users of all ages. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families policies:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• The App does not require an account, registration, or any personal information from users of any age
• The App serves non-personalized, contextual ads to all users, which is consistent with COPPA and Google Play Families policies
• If you believe a child has provided information, contact us immediately at sales@atech-tools.com and we will delete it

6. Data Security

We take data security seriously:

• Local game data is protected by your device's security measures
• We use HTTPS for all communications with Google AdMob servers
• Google AdMob employs industry-standard security measures
• We recommend keeping your device's OS updated and using a secure lock screen

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You have complete control over your local data:

• To delete high scores: Use "Clear All Scores" in the High Scores screen
• To reset settings: Use "Reset to Defaults" in Settings
• To delete all app data: Uninstall the App or clear app data from device settings
• To reset your advertising ID: Use your device's ad settings (see Section 3.3)

Note: Google AdMob retains advertising data according to their own data retention policies.

Requesting Data Deletion: To request deletion of data associated with your use of the App or your advertising profile, email us at sales@atech-tools.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. You may also reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time using your device's ad settings (see Section 3.3).

8. Your Rights Under GDPR and CCPA

If you are in the European Union or California, you have additional rights:

• Right to Access: Request what data Google collects about you
• Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your advertising profile
• Right to Opt-Out: Disable personalized advertising (see Section 3.3)
• Right to Know: Understand what data is collected and why

9. International Data Transfers

Google AdMob operates globally and may transfer data across borders:

• Data may be processed in the United States and other countries
• Google complies with relevant data protection frameworks
• All transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing in-app notice for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Audio and Haptic Features

The App includes optional sound effects and haptic feedback:

• These features run entirely on your device
• No audio is recorded or transmitted
• Can be disabled in Settings at any time
• No microphone access is required

12. Permissions Explained

Lumi Blocks requires these permissions:

• Internet: Required to load advertisements from Google AdMob
• Network State: To check connectivity before loading ads
• Vibration: For haptic feedback (optional)

No storage permission is required. High scores and settings are saved in the App's private internal storage, which is only accessible to the App.

We do NOT access: contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, phone, SMS, or calendar.

• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
