By downloading, installing, or using Lumi PDF Creator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lumi PDF Creator is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Create PDF documents from images and text
• Edit existing PDF files by adding headers and footers
• Share and save PDF documents
• Organize and manage PDF files

3. User Accounts and Registration

Currently, Lumi PDF Creator does not require user registration or account creation. The App operates locally on your device without requiring personal account information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create, edit, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Share copyrighted content without proper authorization

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atech Engineering Solutions SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, edit, or process using the App. The App processes your content locally on your device, and we do not claim ownership of your files or documents.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

8. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These advertisements help support the development and maintenance of the App. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Device Storage and Permissions

The App requires certain device permissions to function properly, including:

• Storage access to save and retrieve PDF files
• Camera access for capturing images to include in PDFs
• Photo library access for selecting images

These permissions are used solely for the App's functionality and are not used to collect personal information.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
