Welcome to Lumi QR Scanner. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumi QR Scanner mobile application ("App") provided by Atech Engineering Solutions SRL ("we", "us", or "our").

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code through the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the App to infringe upon intellectual property rights
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored in the App
- All activities that occur through your use of the App
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- The accuracy and legality of any content you create or share using the App

- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of scanned content
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATECH ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS SRL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the App
- Any errors or omissions in content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or shared through the App
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atech Engineering Solutions SRL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Iasi, Romania.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
