Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Lumi Snack mobile application (the "App") operated by Atech Engineering Solutions SRL ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Atech Engineering Solutions SRL and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are responsible for your conduct while using the App. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The App contains advertisements provided by third-party advertising services (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements will be displayed.
The App may offer the ability to watch rewarded video advertisements to continue gameplay. These rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update the App from time to time to add new features, improve performance, or fix bugs. You may need to update the App to continue using it.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
