Atech Engineering Solutions SRL ("we", "us", "our") operates the SwiftMap mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use the App, and what rights you have under applicable data-protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our legal basis for processing is one or more of the following: (a) performance of a contract, (b) your consent, (c) our legitimate interests, or (d) compliance with a legal obligation.

We collect your GPS location only while you have the App open in the foreground (foreground location). We do not collect background location. Location data is used solely to display tasks and Helpers on the map and is not sold or shared with advertisers.
We share data with the following processors under data-processing agreements:

Transfers to third-party processors in the United States are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion we retain transaction and accounting records for 10 years as required by Romanian accounting law (Legea contabilității nr. 82/1991, as amended). KYC identity documents are deleted within 30 days of account closure unless a legal hold applies. Wallet transaction logs are retained for 10 years for the same reason.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at sales@atech-tools.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP).
The App does not use browser cookies. We may use analytics SDKs that collect anonymised crash and usage data to improve app stability. You can opt out of analytics in your device's privacy settings.
SwiftMap is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest (via Supabase), Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and access control policies. Despite these measures, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
