You can permanently delete your Pocket Twin account and all associated data directly from the app at any time. No email or form submission is required.
How to delete your account in the app
Open the Pocket Twin app and sign in.
Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
⚠️ This action is permanent. Once confirmed, your account cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
Your account credentials (email, display name)
All avatars and avatar photos you have created
All AI-generated images and videos in your account
All chat history across all avatars
Your coin balance
All profile data stored in Firestore
All files stored in Firebase Storage under your user ID
What is retained
Purchase receipts: Transaction records held by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat are governed by their respective retention policies. We do not retain payment card data.
Anonymised analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement purposes.
Deletion timeline
Account and personal data in Firestore and Firebase Storage are deleted immediately upon confirmation. Any residual backup copies are purged within 30 days.
