Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Pocket Twin ("the App"), operated by Atech Engineering Solutions SRL ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pocket Twin. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users in jurisdictions requiring higher age thresholds must meet those requirements.

2. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. You may not share or transfer your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Coins and In-App Purchases

• Coins are virtual currency used within the App to access AI features.
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Coin prices are displayed in the App before purchase.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin prices or feature costs at any time.
• In-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. By making a purchase you also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service and RevenueCat's Terms of Service.
• Payment card details are handled exclusively by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment credentials.
• For refund requests, please follow Google Play's refund process.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create AI avatars using images or likeness of other people without their explicit consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by AI (videos, images, chat responses) may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors.
• AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and personal use only.
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
• We do not endorse or take responsibility for any AI-generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, recordings). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it solely to provide the App's features. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The Pocket Twin name, logo, design, and code are owned by Atech Engineering Solutions SRL and protected by intellectual property law.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI services may be temporarily unavailable due to third-party outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR COINS IN THE PRECEDING 30 DAYS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Iasi, Romania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
