Pocket Twin is operated by Atech Engineering Solutions SRL ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Pocket Twin mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Pocket Twin:
Account information: Email address and display name provided during registration.
Profile photo: An optional photo you upload to personalise your account.
Avatar photos and videos: Images and generated videos you create within the app, stored in Firebase Storage under your user ID.
Chat messages: Text messages you send to your AI avatars. These are stored in Firestore under your account.
Voice recordings: Audio captured during voice-chat sessions. Recordings are processed and then deleted — we do not store raw audio permanently.
Usage data: Coin balance, number of avatars, and app activity logs for operational purposes.
Purchase history: Records of in-app coin purchases (product ID, quantity, timestamp). Payment card details are never collected or stored by us — all payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and operate the Pocket Twin service.
To generate AI-powered avatar videos and chat responses.
To process in-app coin purchases.
To improve app quality and fix issues.
To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to deliver the app's features. Each service has its own privacy policy:

RevenueCat: In-app purchase management and subscription tracking. RevenueCat receives your anonymised app user ID and purchase receipts to validate and manage coin purchases. Google Play Billing: Payment processing for in-app coin purchases. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through the app, we permanently delete your Firestore data and Firebase Storage files (photos, videos). Voice recordings are not stored permanently and are discarded after processing.
5. Your Rights
Access: You can view all data within the app.
Deletion: You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This removes all your data permanently.
Pocket Twin is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
7. Security
All data is stored using Firebase's security infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is controlled by Firebase Security Rules requiring authentication.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
